- Contacting GM for free items or services is not allowed, 5.000 minutes chat ban.

- Impersonating a Staff member in any chat is not allowed, 4.000 minutes jail time in all of your accounts.

- Trading items on L2Era for an other server is not allowed, 5.000 minutes chat ban.

- Calling stuff like "Changing Server,dropping items, etc." is not allowed, 5.000 minutes chat ban.

- Attempting to sell items in Game for real currency is not allowed, 5.000 minutes chat ban.

- Flaming a GM Staff or using bad language against the server is not allowed, 8.000 minutes chat ban.

- Any behavior that disrupts events or other GM work is not allowed, 4.000 minutes jail time.

✔️ Valid Petition Information
- Provide a full description of your matter before you open the petition on the petition's retail form.
- To report a bot user include the nickname of the character(s) abusing on the petition's retail form.
- To be assisted on an account recovery matter (password/pin), you have to provide the following information on the petition's retail form:
     1. Your character login ID & nickname.
     2. At least 40% of your account password.
     3. Your account 4-digit pin code. (optional)

- Using inappropriate words against the server is not allowed, 7 days account suspension.

- Accusations against the server that do not exist are not allowed, 7 days account suspension.

- Advertising other server on our forum boards is not allowed, 14 days account suspension.
